VIP Vintage Loft


The VIP Vintage Loft will be a special treat for your guest as its loaded with character. The loft will take you back 110 years with exposed cherry brick, original gleaming hardwood floors and large windows with skyline views. The space includes a sitting room with leather couches, large foyer, grand room and a kitchen for your caterer.

A bonus for the loft is our 2000 square foot roof top with spectacular skyline and sunset views available at no extra charge any time the weather is right. The VIP Loft can be rented on its own for an intimate party or in conjunction with the main level. The Loft is great for surprise parties.

The Vintage Loft is spacious however we limit the capacity to 100 guest. Event hours 8am – 12am extended hour for New Years Eve. Minimum four hour rental for evening events.  Minimum three hour rental for day events. Viewings by appointment only.
  • August SPECIAL book your 2018 event by August 31 and receive a FREE hour of setup, free breakdown time and no clean up fee with a four hour or more rental a $725 – $850 savings. Offer good for any event scheduled to take place by December 31, 2018.

Rates and Specifics

  • Discounted rates September 1 thru April 30 $450 an hour taxes included.
  • $500 an hour May 1 thru August 31 taxes included.
  • New Years Eve $500 an hour.
  • Clean up fee $100 (waived with August Special)
  • $200 refundable damage fee
  • Limited Freight elevator use for loading, unloading and handicap purposes.
  • $50 fee for deliveries outside of set up time same day, $50 next day pickups, $100 full day storage.
  • You can utilize your own caterer or we can recommend a caterer.
  • We can recommend a full service alcohol catering company.
  • We provide one professional bartender to setup, breakdown and pour your adult beverages for up to 80 guest. Additional staff available at $40 an hour.
  • Street parking is free, taxi’s frequent the area and the Lake/Morgan CTA station is a few blocks away. Valet parking available at an additional cost. We offer discounted rates with Parqex parking lots which are within walking distance.
  • Capacity 100, 70 seated in grand room (tables not included)


A deposit of 50% is required to secure a date and time, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event unless otherwise specified. A larger deposit or full payment may be required for discounted rates.

We accept any major credit card, pay-pal, Zelle quick pay and checks.
