The love we have for dogs has been the motivation behind building Chicago Party Animals Inc. It is heartbreaking to encounter companion animals that do not get to experience a loving home, one where they are treated with respect and compassion. We are supporters of the Chicagoland Rescue Community and can provide an event space for your organization’s unique fundraiser.
Our lofts have been host to many type of Chicago non profits from environmental, science, lgbt, women’s organizations, arts and children’s development. We welcome your organization.
NON PROFIT RATES
Sunday – Friday $350 an hour minimum 4 hour rental. Full day rental $2500 12 consecutive hours including setup and breakdown time.
Saturday $450 an hour minimum 4 hour rental. Full day rental $3000, 12 consecutive hours including setup and breakdown time.

- Full Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, granite countertop and sink

- Two Rockville 400-watt speakers on stands with Bluetooth capability
- 50” inch LG 4K Smart TV
- Cozy VIP or dressing room with dark red leather couch, fireplace, full length mirror, accent chairs and tables
- Grand room with tan leather couch, loveseat, vintage coffee table, oriental rug
- Accent lights, industrial chandeliers, art work and drapery throughout the loft
- Separate Men and Women’s bathroom
- Live music friendly
- Epson Projector available to rent $150

Hours of Operation
Sunday – Thursday 9am -10am
Friday & Saturday 9am -12am
* You can utilize your own catering or we can recommend catering.
* You can provide adult beverages for your guest. A licensed and insured bartender is required for BYOB $40 per staff for up to 80 guest, additional bartenders available.
* We can recommend full service catering, bartending service, event planners, table & chair rentals, photo booth, balloon & floral service, Luxury party buses, lighting, valet and staffing.
* Fee for deliveries outside of set up time same day $50, next day pickups $50, Full day storage $100.
Grand Room 150 standing with dance floor. 120 seated auditorium style, 120 with tables.
Metered street parking is ample, free on Sundays, Valet for an additional fee. Blue line two blocks.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a date and time, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event unless otherwise specified.
We accept any major credit card, Venmo, Checks, Zelle.
A signed contract and deposit is required to reserve the date.
