VIP Vintage Loft

THE  VIP VINTAGE LOFT WITH SKYLINE VIEWS AND BONUS ROOFTOP!

The VIP Vintage Loft will take you back 100 years with its exposed cherry brick and original gleaming hardwood floors. The Loft is lined with large windows and skyline views. The space includes a large sitting room with sectional seating, large foyer, grand room and a kitchen for your caterer.

A bonus for the loft is our 2500 square foot roof top with spectacular skyline and sunset views available at no extra charge any time the weather is right. The VIP Loft can be rented on its own for an intimate party or in conjunction with the main level for your special guests.

The Vintage Loft is spacious however we limit the capacity to 80 guests with staff. Event hours 8am – 12am extended hour for New Years Eve.  Minimum three hour rental. Viewings by appointment only.

Rates and Specifics

  • $325 an hour
  •  New Years Eve, Halloween, $400 an hour.
  • $200 refundable damage fee
  • Discounted rates Monday -Friday before 6pm
  • Freight elevator available for loading and handicap purposes.
  • $25 fee for deliveries outside of set up time
  • You can utilize your own caterer
  • Insured bartending service is required (we can recommend an affordable service that meets our criteria}
  • Street parking is free and easy to find, taxi’s frequent the area and the new Morgan CTA station is just a few blocks away. Valet and lot parking available at an additional cost with a parking vendor.

PAYMENTS

A deposit of 50% is required to secure a date and time, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event unless otherwise specified. A larger deposit or full payment may be required for discounted rates.

We accept any major credit card, pay-pal, Chase quick pay and checks.

REFUND POLICY.

No Refunds if a cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the event, unless otherwise stated on the contract. Half of the deposit is refunded if cancellation is made with a 60 day or more cancellation.

A signed contract and deposit is required to reserve the date.
